Jaime Dodge, MD, joined the FCHS family in November of 2022.  He serves as an emergency room, clinic, and inpatient provider.  He also serves at the Medical Director for FCHS.

Michael Karel, PA-C received his undergraduate from University of Nebraska – Lincoln and then went on to obtain his PA-C by graduating from Union College in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Michael brings over 16 years as a PA-C both in outpatient and inpatient services. His years of service will be a valuable resource for FCHS and the surrounding communities. Michael is on site most week days.

Rick has spent the majority of his practice in the clinical setting within the area of Family Practice. Emergency Medicine has been a primary focus for him within the past five to seven years. He is very committed to keeping the care he provides his patients at a personal, individualized level.
Family events, vacations & time spent outdoors are top priorities for Rick. When he is not working he spends the majority of his time running, riding horses and taking care of chores.
Rick and his wife, Michele, have four children and have lived in the Beatrice area for the past 27 years.

Crystal Leis is a highly skilled medical professional with a vast array of experience from 10 years in the medical field. She provides 6 years of nursing experience with Geriatrics, Pediatrics, Medical/Surgical and ER, and 4 years of  Emergency Care, Urgent Care, and Primary Care. Crystal has emphasis on treating the individual as a whole rather than focusing on an illness or diagnosis. Therefore, she is willing to work with other healthcare providers and specialists to provide the upmost care to her patients and their needs. She treats her patients with compassionate, personal, and professional care.  Crystal joined FCHS in March of 2022.

In Crystal's free time she enjoys traveling, sitting on the beach, and spending time with her family. 

Kristi Keller, PharmD, RPh, serves as the Director of Pharmacy at FCHS. Kristi has worked in healthcare for 18 years, starting her pharmacuetical career as a pharmacy technician at Walmart while she was in college. She recieved her undergraduate degree in Pre-Pharmacy from Concordia University in Seward, NE, and then went on to obtain her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the Unversity of Nebraska Medical Center. She has been a licenses pharmacist for 13 years.

Kristi has been at FCHS for four years now. She loves working at a small hospital, because she says her expertise is valued.  Her favorite part about working in healthcare is that she never stops learning new things, including how to further improve patient care and quality of life.

Outside of work, Kristi and her husband, Tim, have three young boys. Kristi's hobbies include traveling, reading, golfing with her husband, and playing with her sons. Kristi is on site at FCHS every weekday during normal business hours

Jeremy is a Nebraska native and a 2001 graduate of the UNMC Physical Therapy Education Program. He has over 15 years of experience and has been providing physical therapy services at Friend Community Healthcare System since 2011. During that time, Jeremy has greatly enjoyed working with and learning from the wonderful people in Friend and the surrounding communities.
